Clean and disinfect the invalidity
Mix the water with fine sea salt in a large bowl. Rinse the invalids under cold running, and gently collapse if necessary. Place the nullity in the salt water mixture. Let them soak for one hour, allowing them to “breathe”, that is, sand.

Why is it required?
The salt water bath mimics this natural environment for the invalida, which encourages them to cleanse the sand. It is a crucial step for gravel -free soup!
In a separate bowl, mix the water and a piece of kombu (the dry sea herb). Allow this mixture to sit next to the heroic, which provokes water with a rich and delicious flavor. If you do not have Kombu in your store, you can skip this step and use regular water instead.

After an hour, give the oyster final rinse under cold water. Put it in a large bowl. Add a generous splash from the sake to the bowl. Heat it on the average until you see the first steam coordinator, then reduce a decrease.
Cover and leave the steam vulnerable for 5 minutes or until it is opened.

Remove the open invalid from the bowl, but let their delicious juice remain behind it. Pour your Kombu stock in the bowl with invalid juice. Heat this rich mixture with a low medium heat. Before it reaches the boiling directly, keep the Kombu.

Add the nullifiers to the broth, and boil for 1-2 minutes. Turn on the heat, then gently move in the Missu paste until it is well combined.
advice
Always add Missu after the bowl is outside the heat to get the best flavor.
